Senior Engineer to lead thedesign, development, analysis, testing, and commercialization of telecommunicationscomponents, mounting systems, and new products. This role combines structural/mechanical engineering, product development, FEA, manufacturing, and customer-focused engineering todeliver innovative, reliable, manufacturable, and cost-effective solutions.

Scope of Responsibility : The Senior Engineer will lead thedesign, analysis, testing, validation, and manufacturabilityof products includingantenna mounts, equipmentbrackets, pole mounts, sector frames, platforms, rooftop and wallmounts, structuralassemblies, small cellproducts, and customtelecommunications hardware.

The role will translate customer andmarket requirements into practical product solutions while partnering with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Sourcing, Sales,Operations, vendors, andfield teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Structural, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• PE license oractive pursuit ofPE licensure preferred.
• Eligible and willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required.

• Lead new product development and documentation from concept through design, prototyping, testing, validation, packaging and production release.
• Design telecommunicationscomponents, mounts, brackets, frames, platforms, and structural assemblies.
• Perform structural/mechanicalanalysis for wind, ice, seismic, equipment, dead, live, andother applicable loads.
• Evaluate load paths, capacity, deflection,stability, materials, andbolted/welded connections.
• Perform and leadFEA and otheranalysis methods fordesign optimization and failure investigations.
• Develop CAD models, production drawings, BOMs, calculations, specifications, and test plans.
• Apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly(DFA) principles.
• Work with other departments to implement new software enhancements and technology driving efficiencies throughout the entire product development process from concept to production.
• Partner with Manufacturing to optimize welding, forming, machining, cutting, coating, assembly, tooling, and fixtures.
• Identify opportunities toreduce cost, material usage, part count, production time, and assembly complexity.
• Lead prototype development, testing, validation, anddesign reviews.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality, manufacturing,customer, and fieldissues.
• Support quotations, customizedproducts, customer inquiries, and technical sales activities.
• Manage design and documentation for packaging requirements working with drafting, inventory and shipping departments, other internal groups, and vendors
• Develop engineering standards, procedures, design guides, and product documentation.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and supportto other engineers.
• Stay current withtelecom technologies, engineering standards, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Travel to customer and vendor locations as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Structural, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.

• 5+ years of engineering experience in product development, structural/mechanical engineering,components, or manufacturing.
• Demonstrated experiencetaking products from concept through production.
• Experience with structural steel, aluminum, sheet metal, or tubularproducts.
