Senior Engineer to lead thedesign, development, analysis, testing, and commercialization of telecommunications components, mounting systems, and new products. This role combines structural/mechanical engineering, product development, FEA, manufacturing, and customer-focused engineering todeliver innovative, reliable, manufacturable, and cost-effective solutions.
The Senior Engineer will lead thedesign, analysis, testing, validation, and manufacturabilityof products including antenna mounts, equipment brackets, pole mounts, sector frames, platforms, rooftop and wall mounts, structural assemblies, small cell products, and custom telecommunications hardware.
The role will translate customer andmarket requirements into practical product solutions while partnering with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Sourcing, Sales,Operations, vendors, andfield teams.
