“I fell into the world of behavioral therapy by accident. I had never heard of ABA therapy, and I had very little experience working with individuals who were diagnosed with autism. All I knew when I applied for the job was that I needed more fulfillment from the work that I was doing daily. I would have never imagined 6 years ago that Cole would not only provide me with that fulfillment, but also help me establish my career path and gain a sense of family and community.
Now a recent BCaBA graduate, I couldn’t be more excited to be a part of the Cole difference and to serve the families of my communities!”
Previous RBT, now BCaBA with Cole Academy
