• Number of Beds – 22
• Number of Staff – Budgeted for 4 CNC, 24 Nurses, 12 PCTs and 2 Unit Secretaries. Current: 2 CNCs, 24 Nurses (including those on orientation), 7 PCT + 2 Contract PCTs, 0 Unit Secretary.
• Type of staff:
  Day/night Shift – 1 CNC, 4–5 Nurses depending on Patient Need and 2 PCTs, 1 Unit Secretary
• Patient Ratios – 1:5, 1:6
• Type of equipment – Welch Allyn Vital Signs Machine, Dash Bedside Monitor, Telemetry, BiPAP
• EMR – Meditech

Skill Set Most Recruited For:

• Must have
  : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
  • Experience with administering and monitoring IV Cardiac drips i.e. Dilazepam and Amiodorone
  • Basic ECG rhythm interpretation
  • Management of Continuous BiPAP
  • Post Cardiac Catheterization/Stent implant management
• Preferred or nice to have
  : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
  • Acute Cardiac Care
  • Acute Stroke Care
