We are seeking caregivers to join our independently owned and operated national agency. We have clients needing care ASAP in Conroe and the surrounding areas. Full-time and part-time openings! Interview today and start work immediately (upon successful completion of orientation)!

Applicant minimum requirements:

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license (no I.D. cards)
• Valid automobile liability insurance
• Working vehicle to get to/from assigned visits
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Personal or professional experience

SYNERGY Home Care is looking for individuals that are compassionate, social, trustworthy, and service-minded. This is an autonomous position: individuals who are self-motivated and willing to learn.

As a caregiver with SYNERGY Home Care, you will:

• Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assistance with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Assistance with all activities of daily living and incidental activities of daily living
• Memory care (Alzheimer's/Dementia)
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently caring for our clients
