Prison Healthcare LVN — Direct Care & Care Planning

UTMB Health in Conroe, Texas, is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse to provide direct nursing care in Correctional Managed Care. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care within the scope of your education and abilities.

Responsibilities include admissions, discharges, transfers, medication administration and documentation, while maintaining patient privacy and following physician orders. LVN license in Texas and BLS-HP are required.
