Choice Health at Home is seeking a Hospice Aide (HHA) to support patients in their home as part of our compassionate care team. The role includes direct patient care under RN supervision and collaboration with families to maintain a safe, clean, and respectful home environment.
Applicants should hold CNA/HHA and LTC certifications, CPR, a valid driver’s license, and insurance. Experience with Home Care Home Base is preferred, with full-time hours available at our Conroe, TX location.
