Certified Medical Assistant Floater

DPS is now hiring a Certified Medical Assistant for a Cardiology Clinic to float between Shenandoah, Conroe and Huntsville, TX. Dean's Professional Services has partnered with healthcare facilities, government organizations, and corporations to provide job opportunities.

  Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Locations:
  Shenandoah, Conroe and Huntsville, TX
• Contract:
  
  Temporary to hire
• Starting Pay Rate: $20.00/ Hourly + (based on experience)

• Performs laboratory tests, vitals and EKGs, among other patient care procedures.
• Collect and chart vitals, patient history, and other screening.
• Authorize prescription refills.
• Instruct patients regarding medications and diet.
• Communicate unexpected wait times to patients.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Certified Medical Assistant

• 2+ years medical assistant experience required.
• Previous experience in cardiology environment preferred.
• Experience in performing EKGs required.
