* Job Summary:

** The Banquet Bartender is responsible for mixing, pouring, and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages during events, following established guidelines. This role ensures guest satisfaction while maintaining compliance with legal regulations and minimizing liability.
** Essential Functions and Duties:
** Work with security to ensure intoxicated guests are refused additional beverage service.

*** Required Experience, Education, and

Skills:

** Previous experience as a bartender, preferably in a banquet or event setting.

Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately. Familiarity with alcohol service regulations and TIPS certification (or must be obtained within 30 days of hire).Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing guest needs. Primarily an indoor role, with protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.
