* Job Summary:

** The Banquet Captain is responsible for overseeing the setup, service, and breakdown of banquet events to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction. This role works closely with the Banquet Manager to coordinate banquet operations, supervise staff, and maintain service standards for all events.
** Essential Functions and Duties:
** Work with the Banquet Manager to manage event schedules and last-minute changes. Assist in setting up function rooms according to client and event requirements.

*** Required Experience, Education, and

Skills:

** 2+ years of experience in banquet or event management, preferably in a supervisory role. Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and make adjustments as needed.

Knowledge of banquet setups, service standards, and health/safety regulations. Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and event management software.

Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in high-paced environments.
