Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Attorney, located in Conroe, Texas. The attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, handling personal injury cases, conducting legal research, and participating in negotiations. Daily tasks will include preparing legal documents, representing clients in court, and advocating on behalf of clients throughout the trial process.
Qualifications- Proficiency in law, particularly in insurance defense and personal injury
- Strong legal advice and negotiation skills
- Ability to conduct thorough legal research
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong advocacy and courtroom skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Membership in the State Bar of Texas
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
