3. Legal Research & WritingConduct complex legal research on statutes, case law, and procedural rules.
Draft high‑level pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Review and edit junior attorneys’ and paralegals’ work for accuracy and quality.
4. Courtroom & Hearing RepresentationLead hearings, mediations, and trials.
Prepare witnesses, exhibits, and trial strategies.
Handle oral arguments and direct/cross‑examinations.
Supervise and mentor junior associates.
Provide constructive feedback on legal writing, strategy, and client communication.
Delegate tasks effectively while maintaining accountability for outcomes.
Track billable hours and ensure timely entry of time records.
Organize and manage case files with precision and in strict adherence to the rules of civil procedure and all docket control deadlines.
Uphold and model firm values, ethics, and professional conduct.
