We are looking for an experienced Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of our single‑family rental community. The successful candidate will drive occupancy, manage rental income, and enhance resident satisfaction.

• Maximize rental income and minimize expenses through effective planning and control.
• Supervise community operations and staff.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and budgets.
• Lead marketing initiatives to attract and retain tenants.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and resident communication.
• Enhance organizational efficiency and ensure compliance with company policies.

• 2–4 years of property management or business operations experience.
• Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.
• Finance and budgeting expertise.
• Excellent marketing, communication, and organizational skills.
