Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning Development- Lead the development of the organization's strategic plan, including setting objectives (short, mid, and long-term) and identifying key performance indicators.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies that can impact the organization's strategy.
- Perform in-depth internal and external data analysis to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Prepare detailed strategic reports and dashboards for senior managers and board members.
- Monitor progress towards strategic goals and adjust plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Track and report on the progress of strategic initiatives, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Oversee the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring that projects are completed.
- Work with the Finance team to develop budgets and financial projections that support strategic initiatives.
- Analyze financial data to assess the impact of strategic decisions and ensure alignment with economic goals.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the strategic planning process.
