We are seeking an Entry‑Level Process Operator for our resin regeneration plant
. The ideal candidate will understand production processes, be able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment, and work to meet objectives while maintaining quality and safety standards. This role is critical in ensuring that trailers and tanks are properly regenerated and meet all specifications.

• Operate plant equipment to regenerate trailers and tanks, monitor the regeneration process, and ensure consistent quality.
• Conduct quality checks and pressure testing on tanks to verify compliance with specifications.
• Follow WMS procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality standards.
• Maintain a safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Remain productive and focused while standing and working 10–12 hours per shift.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize processes.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.

• Industrial or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude; familiarity with piping, pressure systems, and plant equipment.
• Ability to follow detailed processes and procedures.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain.
• Strong attention to safety and quality.
• Flexible, team‑oriented, and able to adapt to varying production demands.

• Must be able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Able to lift and maneuver moderate loads as needed.

The estimated pay for this position is $20 an hour. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
