Structural Welder/Fitter
Location:
Cleveland, TX
Pay Rate: $22.50 — $25.00 per hour (DOE)
Full-Time | Day Shift | Start ASAP!
Position OverviewWe’re seeking an experienced Structural Welder/Fitter to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will have strong fabrication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work from blueprints to complete high‑quality structural welds.
Key Qualifications- Previous experience in structural welding, manufacturing, or fabrication
- Must pass flat, uphill, and overhead weld test
- Proficient in FCAW (Flux‑Cored Arc Welding)
- Ability to read and interpret weld prints
- Strong understanding of welding tools, materials, and safety practices
- Able to lift, move, and handle materials safely (physical work required)
