We are seeking a skilled CNC Plasma Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC plasma cutting machines, with a keen eye for detail and commitment to quality. The role requires both technical expertise and the ability to follow safety and quality standards consistently.

• Operate CNC plasma cutting machines to cut various metals to specified dimensions and tolerances.
• Program, set up, and adjust CNC equipment based on project requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Monitor machine operation to detect issues and make necessary adjustments.
• Conduct quality checks on finished parts, ensuring they meet design and tolerance requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures, maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate any production issues to supervisors.

• Minimum 3 years experience operating CNC plasma cutting machines.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in CNC machining or related field is a plus.

• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of CNC programming and machine setup.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine operation issues.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy materials, and work in a manufacturing environment.
