Overview

Ameritex Machine and Fabrication is a high mix, quick‑turn, ISO 9001:2015 certified sheet metal and structural fabrication facility that uses CNC Fiber Lasers, CNC punch presses, CNC press brakes, and tube lasers to support multiple assembly lines. We serve customers in energy, power generation, oil and gas, automotive, electric vehicle, and aerospace from a 100,000‑sqft state‑of‑the‑art facility in Conroe, Texas.

We are seeking qualified welders who can weld Aluminum, Stainless Steel, and Carbon Steel – MiG and TIG – to join our innovative, fast‑growing company. Candidates must read and red‑line drawings, fit parts correctly, and communicate clearly in a friendly team environment. • Weld Aluminum, Stainless Steel, and Carbon Steel – MiG, TIG, Stick, Flux‑Cord
• Read and red‑line engineering drawings
• Fit parts
• Maintain weld equipment and keep the welding area organized and clean
• Measure and understand metric versus British units
• Practice teamwork and promote team productivity
• Ensure compliance with quality requirements

• Minimum 2 years of TIG/MIG welding experience
• Strong skills in welding aluminum and stainless steel
• Ability to pass a welding test
• Dependable, detail‑oriented, and safety‑focused

• Lifting and carrying 50–100 lb. net bags, boxes or pallets for short distances
• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Pass all Drug & Alcohol screening
• Limited exposure to fumes, dirt, noise and hazardous chemicals daily; safety equipment and precautions may be required

Compensation ranges from $20 to $28 per hour, based on welder qualification level 1, 2, or 3.
