We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Second Shift Production Supervisor to lead and manage our second-shift production team. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient operation of the production floor while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards. This role requires a hands‑on leader who can motivate and guide a team toward achieving production goals in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

• Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing operations during the second shift to meet production goals, quality standards, and deadlines.
• Provide clear direction to team members, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
• Monitor employee performance, provide coaching and feedback, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Enforce company policies and procedures, promoting a culture of accountability and teamwork.
• Collaborate with first and third shift supervisors to ensure seamless transitions and effective communication.
• Troubleshoot production challenges and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular safety inspections and training.
• Maintain accurate records of production metrics, attendance, and inventory.

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum three years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Must be available to work the second shift and occasional overtime or weekends as needed.
