Machine Operators

Manufacturing Machine Operators – Do you have production and machine operation experience? We need full‑time Machine Operators to operate paper converting machinery for bath tissue and paper towels. Position located in Conroe, TX
. Must work 12‑hour shift rotation, weekends and holidays. Shift hours are 6:00–6:30. This role is key to our production and requires a strong focus on safety, quality and efficiency. Production area is climate controlled.

• Operate and maintain production machines in a paper converting line. (Rewinders, unwinders, wrappers, palletizers, case packers, etc.)
• Adhere to Safety Policy and Procedures – a must!
• Complete work orders and requests in a timely fashion.
• Load raw materials (Parent Reels, Poly Rolls, Core Materials) using overhead crane, pallet jack, etc.
• Monitor equipment, perform resets, replenish and troubleshoot assigned area of the line as needed.
• Determine and report downtime, pallet counts, machine speeds, etc.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned areas.
• Monitor line for defective materials and perform quality checks.
• May operate automated packaging equipment.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 to 5 years of machine operation experience required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail and ability to work independently or with a team.
• Must be able to work 12‑hour shifts standing, bending, stooping and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Excellent attendance record (2‑2‑3 schedule).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work a rotational work schedule (days and nights) including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to complete background check and pre‑employment drug and alcohol testing requirements.
