NOW HIRING: MIG Welder Conroe, TX $22.00 — $24.00 per hour
AM Shift We are looking for a skilled and dependable MIG Welder to join our team! This role is ideal for someone experienced in production or fabrication welding who takes pride in quality work and safety
- Perform MIG welding using blueprints & technical drawings
- Set up welding equipment and adjust settings by material & thickness
- Prep materials (cutting, grinding, fitting, tacking)
- Inspect welds for quality, strength, and appearance
- Maintain a clean & safe workspace (OSHA compliant)
- Read fabrication drawings & welding symbols
- Complete quality checks & documentation
- Operate hand & power tools
- Work with supervisors, teammates, and QC staff
