You will be responsible for managing all mechanical and facility maintenance activities, leading maintenance teams, improving asset productivity, and implementing reliability and preventative maintenance strategies.

• Lead and manage the mechanical maintenance and facilities teams
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs
• Plan, schedule, and prioritize maintenance work to minimize downtime

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proven success implementing preventive maintenance and reliability programs
