Minimum 1 Year Of Recent Assembly Experience

Connect Staffing is seeking an experienced Bilingual English/Spanish assembler to join a hands‑on, fast‑paced shop environment where employees assemble and manufacture refinery filters in Conroe, TX.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, with OT optional.

Requirements For Assembler

• Minimum 1 year of recent assembly experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly is a plus, but not required.
• Follow work instructions, blueprints, or diagrams to ensure accurate assembly in English.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Must be dependable and punctual and have a good work ethic.
• Prior experience in roles such as Production Worker, Manufacturing Technician, Machine Operator, Assembly Line Worker, Mechanical Assembler, or Warehouse Associate is a big plus!

Responsibilities Of The Assembler

• Assemble air filters using hand tools, adhesives, and production equipment.
• Follow work instructions, blueprints, or diagrams to ensure accurate assembly.
• Inspect finished products for quality, defects, and compliance with specifications.
• Operate and maintain basic machinery and tools.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Meet daily production quotas and deadlines.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment.
• Report equipment malfunctions or material shortages to the supervisor.
