Join Texas Tissue Converting as a full‑time Machine Operator in Conroe, TX. You will operate paper converting machinery in the production of bath tissue and paper towels. The position requires working a 12‑hour shift rotation (6:00–6:30), including weekends and holidays.

• Operate and maintain production machines on a paper converting line (rewinders, unwinders, wrappers, palletizers, case packers, etc.).
• Adhere to safety policy and procedures.
• Complete work orders and requests in a timely fashion.
• Load raw materials (parent reels, poly rolls, core materials) using overhead crane, pallet jack, and other equipment.
• Monitor equipment, perform resets, replenish and troubleshoot the assigned area of the line as needed.
• Determine and report downtime, pallet counts, machine speeds, etc.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned areas.
• Monitor line for defective materials and perform quality checks.
• May operate automated packaging equipment.

• High‑school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 to 5 years of machine‑operation experience required; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or with a team.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop and lift up to 25 lbs for 12‑hour shifts.
• Excellent attendance record on a 2‑2‑3 rotational schedule.
• Ability to work a rotational schedule, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must complete background check and pre‑employment drug and alcohol testing.
