Can Recovery Associate – Join Our Team!
Looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are seeking motivated team members to support our Can Recovery operation.
Key Responsibilities:- Inspect beverage cans labeled Hold For Inspection to identify quality and damaged product.
- Remove rejected or defective cans and re-palletize approved cans for customer shipment.
- Visit six designated collection areas where cans accumulate in tote bins.
- Transport totes to the washer infeed area.
- Inspect cans for dents, damage, or defects.
- Return undamaged cans to the washer infeed conveyor for continued processing.
- Maintain quality, safety, and production standards throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a manufacturing/warehouse environment
- Ability to lift, carry, and move totes as needed
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
- Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
