Marketing Assistant

Description

We are looking for a high-energy, driven, and goal-oriented Marketing Assistant Admin to support marketing operations, analytics, and campaign execution. This person will work closely with the Country Manager, Sales team, and global Marketing team to coordinate initiatives, track performance, and help drive business growth. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, proactive, and eager to make an impact. They enjoy working with data, managing projects, improving processes, and collaborating with different teams to get things done.

Key Responsibilities

+ Coordinate day-to-day marketing activities, campaigns, and projects to ensure everything stays on track.

+ Track and analyze marketing performance, campaign results, lead generation, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

+ Prepare reports and dashboards to help measure results and identify opportunities for improvement.

+ Support marketing operations, including campaign coordination, database management, reporting, and process improvements.

+ Work closely with the Sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals and sales initiatives.

+ Partner with the global Marketing team to coordinate campaigns, product promotions, and corporate initiatives.

+ Assist with sales materials, product launches, trade shows, and other marketing activities.

+ Maintain accurate marketing data and ensure projects are completed on time.

+ Look for ways to improve marketing processes, increase efficiency, and support overall business growth.

Requirements

Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.

+ 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, marketing operations, analytics, or a similar role.

+ Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing reports, campaign metrics, and performance tracking.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with CRM systems, marketing automation, and reporting tools is a plus.

+ Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

+ Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with teams across different departments.

+ A proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.
