Great Opportunity awaits! Seeking a registered nurse with infusion experience (injectables experience a plus), part-time to work in our new office, specializing in IV Vitamin Therapy.

THE DRIPBaR is a new, emerging franchise. We provide our customers with the latest, highest quality intravenous and intramuscular vitamin drips that deliver essential nutrients right at the cellular level for maximum absorption.

We are seeking happy and upbeat nurses to help us promote and deliver intravenous vitamin therapies to support our client’s healthy lifestyles. Our clients are interested in anti-aging, health support, improving energy and mental sharpness. They are not waiting to get sick - they are working to stay well. We also support many clients battling through chronic illnesses such as cancer, inflammatory bowel disease, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, cognitive impairment, addiction, and other challenging conditions that are only partially addressed by conventional medicine.

Job Duties:

Prepare IV & IM vitamins for administration with appropriate technique

Perform venipuncture, placement of peripheral IV's, possible accesses implanted ports

Monitor client while infusion is taking place

Maintain supply inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; and expediting orders for supplies; using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.

Clean and maintain infusion room & sterile hood

Document therapy details in client’s charts (paper and EHR)

Various Office and Customer Service duties to include but not limited to: scheduling appointments, verifying the correct forms are filled out and complete, reviewing health history forms, and providing excellent customer service.

Consult and coordinate with our medical provider when necessary on standing orders to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient IV or injection therapy plans.

Be able to function in the heat of emergency and act according to protocol.

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, Registered Nurse

Must possess VERY strong IV peripheral skills

Experience accessing Ports and PICC lines

Current, unrestricted state license as a Registered Nurse

Minimum of 3 years current nursing experience, infusion therapy, including patient assessment skills, venous access skills

BLS certification current

Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills

Must be able to assume a flexible work schedule if needed

Working Conditions: May work around usual office and outpatient conditions. During busy periods, may require long periods of time standing and/or walking and administering multiple IVs and injections at a time. Must be able to chart accurately and in a timely fashion. May work around biohazards. Exposure to blood borne pathogens is possible. Exposure to chemicals and commercial items typically found in offices, medical clinics, and building repairs/maintenance.

Competitive pay
IVs and IM injections offered at a discounted rate; ability to earn commissions

Salary starting: $27-$28/hour

General Notes: We are hiring for part-time/weekend RN’s for our Magnolia/The Woodlands location. Shift availability and hours may fluctuate based on business needs. Additional hours may be required during peak periods.
