Licensed Vocational Nurse

Join DaVita Kidney Care as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in our outpatient dialysis center located at 233 I-45 N, Conroe, Texas, .

• No prior dialysis experience required; training will be provided.
• Float and care for patients in multiple clinics during and after training.
• Deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care in a fast‑paced environment.
• Build meaningful, long‑term relationships with patients and their families.
• Collaborate with a supportive team that relies on each other.
• Manage patients with multiple comorbidities, utilizing broad nursing skills and knowledge.

• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• IV certification required if state regulations demand it.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of the approved training program prior to operating the water‑treatment system.
• BO NENT or CHT certification preferred or required by state regulation.
• Minimum one year of experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
• Basic computer skills; proficiency in MS Word and Outlook required; functional proficiency in DaVita systems required within 90 days of hire.
