The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing individualized, age specific, goal directed wound care for the neonate, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patient.

What will you do in this role:

• You will assess the needs of the patient/client to develop a plan of care and then implements and evaluates the plan.
• You will base the plan of care on current nursing knowledge/skills and institutional methodology.
• You will accept assignments that are commensurate with his/her experience, knowledge and ability.

• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
• Current, recent or previous experience providing patient care for the neonate, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult and/or geriatric patient in a clinical or academic setting
• Current Texas Registered Nurse license or temporary permit
• American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification
