Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Infusion & Skilled Nursing Visits | North Houston & The Woodlands, TX Use Your Clinical Expertise to Deliver More Personalized Care

In this role, you'll provide skilled nursing visits and infusion therapy tailored to each patient's unique needs. You'll perform comprehensive assessments, administer treatments, manage vascular access devices, monitor patient progress, and educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and ongoing care needs. Your expertise will help patients safely receive complex care while improving health outcomes.

This position allows you to utilize and expand your clinical expertise in infusion nursing and skilled home care. You'll collaborate closely with physicians, pharmacists, caregivers, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure treatments are delivered safely and effectively while providing patients with the personalized attention they deserve.

We're seeking an RN with an active Texas nursing license, current CPR/BLS certification, strong peripheral IV skills, and experience with infusion therapy. Experience managing PICC lines, ports, midlines, and other vascular access devices is highly preferred. Successful candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a home care setting.
