As an RN providing home infusion and skilled nursing visits, you'll help patients receive high-quality care in the comfort of their homes while supporting their independence, recovery, and overall well-being.

In this role, you'll provide skilled nursing visits and infusion therapy tailored to each patient's unique needs. You'll perform comprehensive assessments, administer treatments, manage vascular access devices, monitor patient progress, and educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and ongoing care needs. Your expertise will help patients safely receive complex care while improving health outcomes.

This position allows you to utilize and expand your clinical expertise in infusion nursing and skilled home care. You'll collaborate closely with physicians, pharmacists, caregivers, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure treatments are delivered safely and effectively while providing patients with the personalized attention they deserve.

• An active Texas nursing license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong peripheral IV skills
• Experience with infusion therapy
• Experience managing PICC lines, ports, midlines, and other vascular access devices is highly preferred
• Successful candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a home care setting
