Registered Nurse; RN

Salary: $70,000–$87,000 annually + Shift Differential

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a behavioral health setting. This role is ideal for an RN with psychiatric/behavioral health experience who is comfortable providing patient assessments, supervising shifts, and supporting individualized treatment plans.

• Assess patients and develop individualized nursing care plans.
• Monitor patients for changes in condition and respond appropriately.
• Administer medications according to hospital policies.
• Provide leadership and supervision during assigned shifts.
• Delegate patient-care responsibilities and ensure nursing policies are followed.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary treatment teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Provide compassionate care using empathy, dignity, and respect.
• Support treatment planning, patient safety, and quality improvement initiatives.

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
• Minimum 1 year of Behavioral Health experience required
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire and before patient contact
• De-escalation certification required within 30 days of hire and before patient contact
• Psychiatric, chemical dependency, dual-diagnosis, geriatric, acute-care, or ER experience is a plus
