Labor and Delivery Department nursing professionals are sought for a hospital setting. This role involves providing specialized care for patients during labor, delivery, and postpartum, following established guidelines and clinical protocols. The position supports a fast-paced environment with a focus on patient safety and quality outcomes.

  ACLS, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), AWHONN Fetal Monitoring Certification, BLS; minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required

  Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week

  3 years of experience in Labor and Delivery or related specialty
• Responsibilities:
  Circulate during sections, float to maternity units, read telemetry strips, follow AWHONN guidelines, and support obstetric and neonatal care in a 24/7 in-house neonatal and anesthesia coverage environment
• Additional Information:
  Unit includes 12 L&D beds, 2 triage beds, 4 postpartum beds, with 16 births per day. The unit utilizes electronic fetal monitoring systems and has a dedicated team familiar with the use of telemonitoring technology. Emphasis on adherence to clinical protocols and a collaborative team-oriented approach.

  Candidates must possess a valid license to practice in the state and be able to submit required documentation in compliance with facility policies.
