Production – Full Time – 700 Conroe Park North Conroe TX 77303
Quality Control Inspector Responsibilities- Address daily quality concerns and questions
- Troubleshoot manufacturing problems and quality issues
- Work closely with operation teams to ensure process controls are in place and adequate to meet standard requirements
- Ensure any non‑conforming product is properly identified, quarantined and communicated
- Examine material or product for surface defects such as cracks, pits, and incomplete welds
- Verify specified dimensions of product or material
- Conduct incoming material inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection to procedures, specifications, drawings, samples, or illustrations
- Follow instructions and work independently
- Clean, organize, and set up workstations
- Kit or group required parts per job requirements
- Multi‑task efficiently around the shop
- Experience in a manufacturing quality environment
- College degree preferred (Associate’s/Bachelor’s in a related field)
- Tooling experience needed
- Computer‑capable
- Able to stand, walk, squat, and move for 8+ hours each day
