We are looking for a motivated, service‑oriented person to join our team! You will contribute to an exceptional dining experience by being the first person to greet our guests and provide exceptional hospitality, following Café Express standards. In this position you care about delivering excellent customer service, performing quality work, and overall contributing to a friendly and productive team atmosphere.

• Must be at least 16 years old

• Operate the POS computerized register system (gift cards, credit cards, sign‑up rewards members, etc.)
• Complete transactions accurately with guests.
• Suggestive selling of specific items.
• Consistently use order‑taking script.
• Greet every guest with a smile.
• Offer an enthusiastic and sincere welcome.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.
• Maintain all required alcohol‑related certifications and permits required by state law (TABC over 18).
• Assist with keeping the dining room clean during off‑peak times.
• Restock paper products, condiments, etc.
• Display a consistent Guest‑first attitude.
• Follow all Food Safety requirements as outlined in the Operations Manual.
