Jewelry Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Jewelry Sales Associate to join our team. As a Jewelry Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our store.

• Greet customers and assist them in finding the perfect piece of jewelry
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
• Meet and exceed sales goals on a consistent basis
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewelry industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Knowledge of jewelry materials, styles, and trends
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

• Friendly and professional, with strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of fine jewelry and gemstones
• GIA certification (Gemological Institute of America) preferred
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Punctual and reliable
• Comfortable working with the public and multitasking in a retail setting
