We are looking for a high‑energy, reliable individual with outstanding customer service skills to sell Verizon Wireless cellular service. As a Wireless Sales Representative, you will become the expert on our communication technology and serve as the go‑to person for customers seeking the next innovations in wireless and wired solutions.

Sells all products and services offered by the company. Meets all sales objectives. Handles all administrative aspects of the sale, including completing customer contracts and warranties, pulling products from inventory, accepting customer payments, and filing completed orders. Maintains strong knowledge of all company products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features. Keeps up to date with competitive offers and provides market feedback to the store manager.

Handles service inquiries from customers and provides efficient, courteous customer service across all touchpoints.

• Stay current on the latest data, entertainment technology, and devices (Wi‑Fi, data devices, etc.)
• Understand customers' needs and help them discover how our products meet those needs
• Multi‑task in a fast‑paced team environment
• Work a variety of hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, with occasional overtime
• Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations
• Interact with customers and provide prompt, courteous service in person, by phone, or via written note
• The position may be commission‑based and quota‑based

• 1–3 years of retail/customer‑facing/sales experience preferred
