• Train to sort & evaluate incoming inventory using proprietary software.
• Manage inventory through regular markdowns and merchandising.
• Direct a team of 8–20 people daily.
• Assist with running the store with passion and drive.
• Open availability on weekends.
• Fill in for call-outs from staff members.
• Work with Store Management to consistently meet goals.

• At least 1–2 years experience in Fashion Retail Management in the last 3–4 years.
• Prior experience in Fashion Retail and passion for continuing in this career path.
• Team player with great initiative, responsibility, and fast learning ability.
