The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday unless otherwise dictated by business needs.
• Proactively communicate with District FAST Supervisor about work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Perform store-specific measurements and layout initiatives.
• Conduct accurate counts for inventories and cycle counts.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process and store price changes accurately.
• Hang store signage, including Circulars, Price Cuts, and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service via GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Ensure a differentiated shopping experience.
• Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., DAT).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding preferred. Must be 18+ years old. High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Self-directed with minimal assistance needed.

• Indoor and outdoor work environments with moderate noise.
• Hard surfaces like concrete and asphalt.
• Shifts generally from 4 to over 8 hours.
• Adherence to safety guidelines is mandatory.

• Move and transfer merchandise up to 50 pounds.
• Push/pull merchandise with equipment assistance.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, and climb ladders frequently.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
