• Connection Builder – Be the first point of contact, create a welcoming environment, listen to customers, and provide personalized guidance.
• Store Expert – Possess deep knowledge of our products and services, stay up to date on industry trends, and recommend the best solutions.
• Problem Solver – Assist with billing, service questions, process payments, troubleshoot technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Brand Ambassador – Represent the Optimum brand with professionalism, integrity and enthusiasm.
• Team Builder – Collaborate with colleagues, share knowledge and create a supportive, collaborative team environment.

• High‑school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of retail selling experience.
• Effective communication, negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently.
• Proficient computer and technical skills.
• Travel to other stores within 35 miles may be required for some locations.
• Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Full‑time availability and ability to work weekends.
• Bi‑Linguistic (Spanish) preferred.
