• Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials, compliance with Company steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
• Maintain Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area by handling claims and returns, zoning the area, receiving and stocking merchandise, setting up and cleaning product displays, removing damaged goods, pricing merchandise, and completing required documentation; securing fragile and high-shrink merchandise.
• Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, providing Deli products to Members, resolving issues, and promoting Company products and services.
• Follow Company policies related to Freezer/Cooler areas by complying with food handling policies, operating and sanitizing equipment, following Cold Chain procedures, cleaning the area, monitoring fans, drains and doors, and reporting issues to Management.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00*

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
