Position Summary

Be a Team Member:
Collaborates with team members to fulfil sales and service requests, educating other associates on tools, tasks, resources, and mentoring new technicians while communicating and developing interpersonal skills for providing safe and efficient customer service.

Be an Expert:
Demonstrates knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications and seasonality, and demonstrates knowledge of Point of Sale systems, phone and in‑person selling techniques.

Be a Techie:
Leverages digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience and elevate associate engagement using handheld technology and systems to make immediate business decisions related to services, safety alerts, new product information, product application and training, adapting to new tools and encouraging others to use them.

Be an Owner:
Communicates equipment, tools and supplies needs to TBC Lead, tracks and monitors returns and special orders, operates cash registers, processes transactions, works hands‑on, maintains accurate inventory, audits safety and compliance standards, reports TBC complaints, safety hazards, and problems, and completes paperwork logs and other required documentation while ensuring merchandise is packaged, labeled and stored in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Be a Talent Ambassador:
Acts as a brand advocate by valuing the members’ experience in the TBC area, modeling high quality service and products, inspiring others to work in a respectful, supportive and team‑oriented style, understanding roadblocks, and assisting in training team members.

Supports company policies, procedures and standards, and uses the Open Door Policy to guide business processes and practices. Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources, collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers and partners, identifies priorities and deadlines, and communicates progress and information, while determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities.

Embraces diversity, builds strong relationships, communicates with impact, and motivates through teamwork. Maintains high standards of integrity, ethics and compliance, supporting Walmart’s goal of becoming a regenerative company.

Centers on clients and members, delivering results while putting the customer first and making decisions based on reliable information.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Valid state‑issued driver’s license
