You're second in command. Your store manager runs the morning; you run the evening and you close. You lead the team that's on the floor with you. And on your manager's day off, the store is yours.

We place Assistant Managers in our busiest stores, because those are the ones that need a second leader.

This is the on-ramp to Store Manager. Our store managers earn $740 a week plus a quarterly bonus up to $1,100. We don't hire managers off the street when we have someone in-house who's ready. That's exactly what this role is for.

You need to have run a shift. Restaurant, retail, gas station, warehouse — anywhere somebody trusted you with the keys or the register. We'll teach you the rest: food cost, labor cost, ordering, scheduling, all of it.

• You want mornings. This is primarily an evening and closing role.
• You want to supervise without doing the work. You'll be on the line making sandwiches.
• You want the title now and the responsibility later.
