• Manage all aspects of the sales process, including contracts, closings, preparing loan paperwork and assisting to ensure a smooth move-in.
• Greet clients, assess the customer’s needs, answer questions and provide tours of the homes and community.
• Respond to in-person, phone and email inquiries, which includes providing community & sales information, making appointments etc.
• Follow-up on sales leads from various sources including advertising, telephone and website, social media along with identifying local marketing opportunities for new business.
• Maintain professional business activity with customers throughout the process.
• Provide excellent customer service
• Availability:
  Must be able to work evenings, weekends and some holidays

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service focused with the ability to be a strong team player.
• Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
• Must be able to tour the community with clients, which includes walking the property and climbing stairs.

Job Types: Full-time

Salary: $75,000.00 to $ /year
