Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Wholesale Parts Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary link between our inventory and our professional clients, focusing on growing our market share while providing world-class technical support and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities- Sales & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and strategic outreach.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest product offerings and industry trends to provide expert advice to clients.
- Order Management: Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accurate delivery of products in a timely manner.
- Customer Support: Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to parts, pricing, and deliveries, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify sales opportunities and recommend strategies to improve market positioning.
- Team
Collaboration:
Work closely with the internal team to ensure seamless communication and support for customers.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in wholesale parts sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of parts and products commonly sold in the wholesale market.
- Sales Proficiency: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Problem Solving: Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Technical
Skills:
Proficient with computers and standard office software.
- Hands‑on experience with CDK or similar order processing software.
- Deep knowledge of the local market and existing customer base.
