As a Licensed Electrician (Journeyman or Master), you will:

• Install, service, and maintain solar PV systems, battery storage, EV chargers, generators, and related electrical equipment
  .
• Read, interpret, and implement electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
• Perform wiring, conduit runs, panel upgrades, and interconnections to utility service.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems efficiently using proper testing equipment.
• Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC), OSHA standards, and True Texas Solar quality procedures.
• Collaborate with solar, roofing, and construction teams to deliver seamless, code-compliant installations.
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure understanding of system functionality and safety.

• Valid TDLR Electrical License (Journeyman or Master required).
• Proficiency in residential and commercial electrical work
  , including service panels, sub-panels, transformers, switch gear, and system upgrades.
• Experience with solar PV, solar roofs, battery storage, EV chargers, and generator installations (training provided if limited experience).
• Strong knowledge of NEC requirements and ability to ensure code compliance.
• Skilled with electrical testing devices, hand tools, and power tools.
• Ability to work safely at heights, on rooftops, and in construction environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
