We are looking for someone with initiative — someone who doesn’t wait to be told every next step, but thinks ahead and takes action.
At Bright Pathways ABA, we prioritize people — families, therapists, and staff. We believe in equipping team members with support, trust, and room to thrive. Leadership is accessible, communication is open, and we do not operate with unnecessary hierarchy. Your ideas are always welcomed, and your contributions will be recognized.
Families often rely on their pediatricians, schools, and trusted local contacts for guidance. By ensuring those professionals know about our services and how to refer, this role directly improves access to care for children and families who need support.
You’ll do well here if you enjoy being out in the field, talking to people, and working with energy and forward drive — not just “fulfilling a task list.”
