The Sports Coordinator enhances the i9 Sports Experience for players and coaches by building relationships with players, parents, and coaches and delivering the instructional aspects of the experience. The coordinator observes, assesses, and assists coaches and is hands‑on with practices and games across all groups and skill levels.

• Empower volunteer coaches to lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun.
• Teach and demonstrate core concepts including sportsmanship values.
• Supervise the overall operation of the designated sport on game day.
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Sport‑specific coaching experience and knowledge.
• Highly motivated self‑starter who can work independently and solve problems.
• Awareness and ability to take charge of any situation to ensure player safety.
• Positive attitude and strong ability to build professional relationships.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and some evenings.
