This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Tire Technician located in Conroe, TX. The Tire Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair of tires, inspecting and servicing batteries, ensuring proper equipment maintenance, interacting with customers to address questions or concerns, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. The position also involves working closely with the team and adhering to safety protocols to maintain high service standards.

• Strong maintenance & repair, equipment maintenance, and battery handling skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and build positive relationships with customers and team members
• Customer satisfaction focus with a commitment to ensuring a positive customer experience
• Prior experience in tire services or auto repair is beneficial
• Ability to work in an on‑site environment and perform physically demanding tasks as required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
