The Stock Handler (Stocker) will cut and prep all merchandise for the Order Selector.

• Stock cases of merchandise onto shelves for order selectors.
• Read merchandise orders from a RF unit which will include item locations, descriptions, and quantity needed.
• Select and prepare (cut box tops and plastic from inner packaging) needed cases of product and place in a designated location.
• Move boxes of merchandise (up to 30–50 pounds) using safe lifting techniques.
• Monitor day‑to‑day warehouse activities and operation flows, escalating any exceptions or safety concerns to immediate supervisors for swift resolution.
• Maintain consistent cleanliness of all work zones at the end of each shift to effectively adhere to departmental quality standards.
• Work to maintain a safe working environment by consistently following safety guidelines and adhering to warehouse safety standards and requirements.
• Perform general housekeeping duties to ensure working areas and aisles are clear of debris, to maximize safety standards and assist in reducing accidents.
• Cross‑train in other warehouse tasks when needed.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally.
• Physical requirements include constantly standing, bending, reaching, and climbing stairs.
• Must be certified on all equipment needed to complete job tasks.
• Ability to work overtime.
• Previous warehouse experience.

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
